Consistent, unrushed prenatal care—start to fourth trimester.
From your first prenatal at 10–12 weeks through postpartum, you’ll see the same midwife who knows your preferences and history. We build your birth plan, team, and safety net together. We also offer earlier start prenatal appointments if there are any concerns or a history of loss.
Care covers:
15+ prenatal, postpartum, and newborn visits
Screening recommendations and informed choice counseling
Nutrition, movement, and birth prep education
Emergency & transfer planning with clear protocols
Labor support at home; water birth option if desired
Immediate newborn care & Golden Hour protection
2+ Home visits (36 weeks and 24-48 hours postpartum)
Community referrals (doula, pelvic floor, lactation, chiropractor, acupuncture)
Visit Cadence (beginning at week 10):
Every 4–5 weeks until 28w
Every 2–3 weeks until 36w
Weekly until birth
Postpartum day 1–2 (home)
